The Moist///Scan® MA-700 is designed exclusively to measure the moisture in materials transported via pipe and tube conveyors.

Able to accommodate the flow of material in both dense and lean phases, The Moist///Scan® MA-700 is entirely non-invasive having nil affect on the dynamics of material flow. The interchangeable HDPE pipe spool design accommodates a wide range of pipe diameters.

The MA-700 is customized for each industry to comply with industry-specific safety, health and hygiene standards.

In certain circumstances products are ideally analyzed as they are processed, rather than as they are transported between processing stages. In response to industry demand, Callidan developed the Moist///Scan® MA-800 in-process analyzer. The MA-800 features a probe-antenna design that easily inserts into the chamber wall of a wide range of processing equipment including fluid bed dryers, ovens, cookers, mixing vessels, storage vessels, silos and bins. The MA-800 is extremely accurate. It is ideal for generating thermodynamic performance curves and is applicable for both batch and continuous processing.
